As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. This role involves maintaining an in-depth knowledge of various types and seasonality of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management. You will operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. The position requires you to drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, maintaining a work area according to company policies, and ensuring quality standards for high-volume meat products. You will also act as a talent ambassador for the department and the club, valuing the member's experience, modeling high-quality service, and assisting in training other associates. The role emphasizes compliance with company policies, completing work assignments, embracing diversity, working as a team, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and learning.
