About The Position

The Senior Materials Manager - Cores & Castings is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials from suppliers and within departments according to production schedules. This role involves planning and scheduling material and production needs, impacting the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives. The position requires moderate autonomy and high levels of operational judgment to achieve required outcomes. The manager will oversee master planning, material processes, and systems, ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs while optimizing inventory and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Materials and Production Planning.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing operations and/or materials management.
