About The Position

This is a fully onsite role based at our Global Central Labs. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
  • Technical positions may require a certificate.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 4+ years).
  • Prefers general warehouse experience with inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management processes including cycle-counting, warehouse slotting optimization, and component staging.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy to achieve annual targets.
  • Handle inventory planning with support from offsite Material Management Team.
  • Manage receipt and inspection of materials, ensuring materials are stored, staged, and transacted per established procedures.
  • Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.
  • Lead Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives and continuous improvements.
  • Support and maintain accurate critical metrics, track trends, and implement top strategies.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and offsite Materials Coordinators for supply delivery dates and escalate supply delivery issues as needed.
  • Use inventory/order management electronic systems for replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing.
  • Ensure the inventory management system is maintained and execute real-time transactions such as material receipts, inventory reporting, inventory reconciliation/investigations, and order shipping confirmations.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional departments to complete investigations if necessary.
  • Participate in project implementation and support inquiries from offsite Sourcing Coordinators.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client protocols and study data.
