The Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) team is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) that has experience in project management and will utilize this experience to be directly accountable for ensuring overall execution of materials management, ensuring program success to cost/schedule/quality, and managing supplier performance. The MPM will support products and program capture efforts by working closely with internal and external sources of supply, program management and other functional organizations to ensure supply chain is successful in the program’s affordability initiatives. The MPM will be responsible for leading Design to Cost (DTC) and Cost Reduction Initiative (CRI) supply chain activities to ensure the Program Price to Win (PTW) targets are achieved. They will be responsible for execution of the Material Program Strategy (MPS) and the Material Program Plan (MPP) to enable successful execution of program competitiveness and performance, from the front end of the business through contract closure. This role will serve as a liaison between the Supply Chain and the Program Integrated Product Team (IPT). The MPM will work onsite in our McKinney, TX office location or may choose to work in our Tucson, AZ office. Relocation funds are not approved for this role.
