Requirements

You have a good work ethic, coming to work every day and on-time

You are able to work overtime when needed
You are able to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
You have basic math and reading skills and basic computer operation skills
You are able to receive, understand and accurately respond to questions and direction from supervisors/managers and other company personnel

Responsibilities

Use an RF device on powered industrial equipment (Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, Order Picker, and Walkie Rider) to pick customer orders
Help pick, pack, and ship out various products on-time, in temperature and undamaged
Work in various climates (-20°C, 2° - 8°C, and 15° - 30°C) throughout the week during a shift (up to 10 hours at times)
Be asked to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Learn fundamental Team Lead responsibilities and be capable of backfilling as necessary
Perform troubleshooting activities in SAP and Exacta systems to fix discrepant Orders
Work with a diverse group of people at various management levels
