Requirements

Ford certification (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
Previous Ford dealership experience
Master Technician certification
Strong diagnostic skills using OEM and aftermarket scan tools
Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using Ford diagnostic tools and equipment
Perform a wide range of vehicle services efficiently and to manufacturer specifications
Provide accurate, detailed repair documentation for each service performed
Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers to explain repairs and address concerns
Maintain and expand technical knowledge through Ford training programs and certifications
Stay current with Ford technical service bulletins (TSBs) and software updates
Uphold all safety protocols and shop cleanliness standards
Collaborate with the service team to maintain an organized, productive work environment
