As a Senior Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing integrated master schedules (IMS) that drive the successful planning and execution of complex cross-functional and enterprise-wide initiatives. This role provides schedule leadership and analytical insight to leadership, the project manager, and technical teams to ensure alignment between project milestones, resources availability, and deliverables. The Senior Master Scheduler plays a pivotal role in coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams, while ensuring schedule integrity, risk mitigation, and proactive performance monitoring.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Minimum of Six years of experience as a scheduler of projects of similar complexity and scope.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience with using Microsoft Project software as a primary responsibility
Experience working in a SharePoint environment.
U.S. Citizenship
This position requires ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
PMP Certification

Power BI experience a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Project (server or online) with MS Project certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy of the IMS and maintains version control.
Seek understanding of desired outcomes and requirements sufficient to evaluate IMS integrity.
Synchronize IMS with Project Managers and tracks inter-project dependencies.
Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice.
Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.
Maintain status for multiple IMS schedules to create and maintain a true, integrated master schedule.
Track baselines, perform what-if and critical path analyses.
Identify project issues and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
Develop and maintain Enterprise Project Portfolio
