About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Master Data at Nestlé Health Science is responsible for the creation and management of product master data, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous improvement in data quality processes. This role focuses on three key areas: Data Control & Compliance, Data Analytics & Continuous Improvement, and MDM System Solutions. The analyst will perform impact assessments of product-related data changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data standards and systems.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years' experience in managing product master data.
• Knowledge of Raw Material, Bulk, Non-printed Packaging Components, Printed Packaging Components, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GDSN requirements and product master data nuances.
• Ability to lead and oversee team activities without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage product master data within the Data Control & Compliance framework.
• Perform impact assessments of product-related data changes initiated through the corporate Change Control process.
• Engage with cross-functional colleagues as needed to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and data quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
