About The Position

We're looking for a Master Data Analyst who thrives on accuracy and loves solving complex data challenges. In this role, you'll play a key part in a large-scale ERP implementation, ensuring master data is clean, consistent, and reliable across all systems. If you have experience in data governance, migration, and ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics D365, SAP, or Oracle, this is your chance to make a big impact. Highlights of your role Partner with business and technical teams to define and document master data requirements across domains (customer, vendor, material, finance). Design and implement data governance frameworks and quality standards. Perform data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation for legacy data migration. Develop and execute data migration strategies, including mapping, testing, and reconciliation. Monitor and report on data quality metrics throughout the ERP lifecycle. Collaborate with ERP consultants to ensure accurate configuration and loading of master data. Train and support business users on master data processes and tools. Participate in cutover planning and provide post-go-live support to maintain data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in master data management or data analysis, ideally within ERP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of master data domains and their impact on business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365, SAP, Oracle).
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data profiling/ETL tools (Informatica, Talend).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics D365 master data.
  • Experience with data governance tools (Collibra, SAP MDG, Profisee).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR).
