Provide support to the Army National Guard's Performance Improvement Office. Provide Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Master Black Belts support to drive performance improvement to enhance and sustain business operations within the Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC) and the 54 States and Territory. Providing analytical, operational and technical assistance to include facilitation and mentorship support to agency personnel to sustain a CPI culture. Serve as the primary facilitator for enterprise-wide workshops involving ARNG and other DoD Component stakeholders, ensuring alignment across multiple organizations and functional boundaries. Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts focused on enterprise-level performance improvement, integration, and transformation. Apply seasoned facilitation and team dynamic management skills to navigate complex group interactions, manage resistance, and resolve intra- and inter-organizational conflicts. Conduct process-based root cause analyses to identify inefficiencies and develop practical, measurable solutions for ARNG senior management. Guide teams through data-driven decision making and structured problem-solving methodologies to uncover improvement opportunities. Adapt facilitation techniques based on team discoveries during workshops, while maintaining focus, direction, and alignment with strategic goals. Partner with ARNG leadership to define performance goals and translate improvement findings into actionable plans and performance metrics. Provide expert mentoring and support to CPI practitioners and Black/Green Belt teams across the organization. Ensure all deliverables align with Lean Six Sigma (LSS), CPI, and IMS standards and DoD best practices.
