Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Automation Consultant (Channel Strategy & Enablement) is responsible for defining the strategic role, value, and governance of multiple digital marketing channels within a marketing cloud ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms). This role focuses on understanding, in detail, how each channel functions and integrates, when and why it should be used, and how channels collectively support business and marketing objectives. Rather than owning hands-on technical configuration or detailed journey design, the strategist provides strategic direction, guidance, and alignment—ensuring channels are stood up and used intentionally, consistently, and in line with platform best practices and organizational goals.
