On Marketing Strategy & Operations, we work across marketing channels and frequently interface with marketing leadership. We own the learning agenda, performance tracking / reporting, forecasting, target setting, and ad hoc insights generation for the global Marketing organization. We partner closely with Marketing channel teams, Marketing Data Science, Marketing Data Engineering, and Finance as part of our remit. In this role as a Senior Analyst, you will own Marketing's ad spend forecast modeling and contribute to performance tracking of key financial and performance metrics. Your work will directly contribute to Wayfair Marketing's ambitious growth and brand-building goals on a global scale. You are highly analytical, data driven, detail oriented, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and effective in balancing multiple priorities.
