Drive Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate Change Management: Support communication and engagement strategies that enable adoption of new initiatives and cultural shifts within the marketing team. Lead Project Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement for cross-functional projects, ensuring progress and accountability. Create Executive-Ready Communications: Develop clear, compelling presentations, reports, and narratives for senior leadership and employee engagement.
