About The Position

The Senior Marketing Specialist is accountable for the organization and the implementation of marketing programs in support of the company’s sales and client retention goals. This position leads and/or supports a wide variety of marketing initiatives that directly impact business performance. In an individual contributor role, the successful candidate must work independently, be a good problem-solver, have a solid grasp of the PBM business, and be proactive in identifying opportunities and appropriate next steps on the projects they lead. A bias for action is important. It is a senior, hands-on role, and the candidate must be able to adeptly maneuver across marketing projects and manage a wide variety of events and activities. This position has broad areas of responsibility and will work cross-functionally across the organization.  The Senior Marketing Specialist is expected to perform these and additional duties and responsibilities professionally and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of Liviniti:

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Pro, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Expert knowledge of both social media and email marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems.
  • Exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness, and good problem-solving skills.
  • Constant attention to detail, including grammar, spelling, numeric accuracy, and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make logical business decisions given general guidance.
  • Ability to consolidate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional working groups.
  • Ability to communicate at all management levels within an organization, including customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Interest and ability to constantly learn and apply innovative ideas to the operation of the office and the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar field.
  • 4+ years of communications, marketing, or related business experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Camtasia preferred.
  • Knowledge and Pardot/SalesForce preferred.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Healthcare, PBM, or life sciences experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic marketing initiatives. This includes planning and managing complex projects such as raising the company’s profile (through speaking opportunities, industry awards, trade shows, and conferences), lead generation campaigns, member communication programs, or social media and web initiatives.
  • Development and design of presentations and marketing collateral, coordinating with various teams and resources.
  • Design, manage, and analyze customer surveys, lead generation campaigns, and client/broker initiatives to generate actionable insights for refinement and strategic decision-making.
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of projects/information.
  • Lead Video Production and Editing: Manage video content creation, from planning and scripting to production and post-production, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand standards.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing initiatives using analytics to assist in improving the success rate of marketing initiatives, identify opportunities to enhance our marketing positioning, and track results of marketing efforts (promotions, trade shows, etc.) to determine the level of success for each effort and opportunities for improvement.
  • Digital Marketing Execution by developing email templates and landing pages using Pardot and Outlook, ensuring high engagement and conversion. Includes analysis of results. Expertise in marketing automation required.
  • Work independently and within a team on key initiatives and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, managing mailings/email blasts, benefit fair coordination with the CE team, new lead generation projects, LinkedIn and social media, support for HR/employee initiatives, or other initiatives as assigned.
  • Leverage PPT, Word, InDesign, and the Adobe Creative Suite to develop, refine, and enhance marketing collateral that presents our value proposition and product suite in a compelling, professional manner.
  • Utilize our electronic document management systems, ensuring seamless organization, access, and retrieval of information.
  • Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI). Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA Training offered by the company.
