About The Position

The Senior Marketing Specialist partners with teams across digital, creative, content, and brand to recommend and implement coordinated marketing efforts. They track project activities and results, sharing insights that support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement. The Senior Marketing Specialist participates in cross‑functional teams to understand stakeholder needs, support shared objectives, and ensure marketing efforts connect to broader organizational initiatives. This role also manages project costs within an established budget and helps maintain consistent brand standards across all materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident leading conversations with executive‑level stakeholders. This role requires strong stakeholder‑management skills, including setting clear expectations, facilitating productive discussions, and driving consensus to support shared goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business or related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in related position.
  • Strong writing and communications skills required.
