The Senior. Marketing Specialist plays a hands-on role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that support company growth, elevate brand presence, and generate demand for AssetWorks products and services. This role blends creativity, data-driven decision-making, and modern marketing technology — including the effective use of AI tools — to deliver fresh, innovative campaigns that help AssetWorks stay ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can manage projects independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI-driven tools to enhance content creation, campaign performance, and marketing efficiency.

  • Executes innovative marketing and branding strategies that strengthen our market position.
  • Develops and implements multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, social, web, and paid advertising.
  • Uses AI-powered tools to enhance content development, design, campaign targeting, analysis, and automation.
  • Works closely with the leadership team to create high-quality collateral, product messaging, and launch materials.
  • Coordinates tradeshow presence, branding, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Manages updates to the website, collaborating with internal and external resources on design, content, and optimization.
  • Supports inbound marketing activities, including HubSpot automation, lead nurturing workflows, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Produces marketing content such as product sheets, presentations, blog posts, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Tracks and analyzes performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborates with internal teams across departments to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and customer value.
  • Completes special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Keeps leadership informed through regular updates and reporting.
  • May formally train less experienced team members.
  • Experience across modern marketing channels, including digital media, social media, email, web, and content development.
  • Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, AI design tools, AI personalization tools, predictive analytics, or automation platforms).
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing and lead-generation strategies.
  • Experience with HubSpot automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize information into clear strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Capability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and receive minimal guidance.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments and evolving priorities.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6 years of progressive experience in marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
  • Experience with managing a website through WordPress.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design fundamentals (composition, color, typography).
  • Experience using AI tools to create content, optimize campaigns, or automate tasks preferred.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets is a plus, but not required at a Senior Specialist level.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and/or Canva preferred.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word; experience developing branded templates a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • HubSpot, Google Analytics, or AI marketing certifications are a plus.
