About The Position

Kraken’s Marketing Technology and CRM Operations team is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist - MarTech to help support and maintain Kraken’s robust marketing technology stack. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this role will partner closely with lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and engineering teams to ensure that marketing tools and systems are effectively used and continually improved. Our team plays a crucial role in enabling client engagement and company growth by facilitating cross-channel communications and implementing scalable tools. We aim to deliver meaningful client experiences through personalization and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Experience with customer data platforms like SimonData, Twilio Segment, or Tealium.
  • Knowledgeable in SQL and HTML/CSS for campaign support.
  • Understanding of digital campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Interest in crypto and a willingness to grow knowledge of Kraken's products.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of key MarTech tools, including access management, user support, and basic configuration.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating documentation and process playbooks for internal users.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform configurations or tickets.
  • Help ensure compliance with established governance practices across marketing tools and channels.
  • Work with engineering and analytics partners to support campaign tracking and measurement needs.
  • Contribute to QA and troubleshooting efforts related to MarTech platforms and integrations.
  • Participate in evaluations of new MarTech tools and assist with onboarding and basic setup as needed.
  • Stay informed about marketing best practices and contribute to process improvements.
