About The Position

As a Senior Marketing Specialist at Expedia Group, you will be an integral part of the B2B Marketing Team, focusing on the acquisition of new property hosts and hotels that enhance the supply side of our marketplace brands, including Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo. This role is pivotal in achieving strategic business objectives for both Expedia Group and our lodging supply partners. Our marketing team thrives in a dynamic environment, and we seek individuals who are not only adaptable but also willing to engage deeply with their work. You will be expected to contribute to a high-energy team that values collaboration and innovation. In this position, you will manage a variety of performance marketing channels, including organic search, content, display & video, SEM, paid social, and affiliates. Your primary goal will be to grow Expedia Group's vacation rentals and core lodging supply through a combination of paid and organic acquisition campaigns. This will involve developing and executing channel roadmaps, continuously experimenting with new hypotheses and channels, and optimizing existing campaigns to balance key performance indicators such as conversion volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will take end-to-end ownership of operational initiatives behind marketing campaigns, which includes planning, setting up campaigns, tracking, media buying and management, testing, analysis, and optimization. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be essential to influence creative and landing page experiences, ensuring that our marketing efforts are effective and aligned with business goals.
