Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Finance
• 2+ years bank and/or marketing experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective and innovative marketing strategies to drive improvements to business performance and customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement different strategies to achieve branch goals for Community Banking based upon market segment
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that the Community Banking teams are implementing Community Banking strategy and using the tools available to them
• Responsible for planning and managing events to include outside partners when appropriate of varying sizes and purposes by overseeing all tasks throughout the event planning process
• Recommend and assist in the implementation of advertising strategies
• Identify opportunities for new tactics or enhancements to existing programs
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
