We're looking for a systems-minded, AI-curious Senior Marketing SDR Technology & Operations Manager to join our growing Growth Operations team. In this role, you'll help scale and optimize the technology foundation that powers Rippling's global Sales Development organization. This is a senior individual contributor position for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, translating business needs into scalable, automated workflows that drive SDR efficiency and pipeline growth. You'll partner closely with sales leadership, growth engineering, RevOps, and other members of marketing operations to enhance and evolve Rippling's homegrown platforms (DemoTime and Playbook), as well as manage and optimize our broader SDR tech stack, including Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Nooks, and enrichment tools.
