About The Position
The Senior Marketing Project Manager is an exempt, full-time role responsible for leading the execution of key program initiatives and product launches across the Creative and Marketing team. This role reports to the VP of Creative Services and is based in the San Francisco office, working Monday to Friday. The Senior Marketing Project Manager will be instrumental in driving efficiency, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring all initiatives are completed on time and to standard. Core responsibilities include resource allocation, brief alignment, timeline, and workflow management, cross-functional collaboration, freelance/vendor coordination, and ensuring high-quality execution across all deliverables.
