You're a natural problem solver who's strategic, analytical, and resourceful. You figure out how to fix the problem instead of looking for someone to blame. Your co-workers see you as a roll-up-your-sleeves and 'get it done' person. You have excellent written, verbal, and video communication skills working directly with clients. You lead meetings, give presentations, and drive projects forward. You’re an advanced user of CRMs & Marketing Operations tools common to B2B SaaS teams including Salesforce and HubSpot . You’re skilled at setting up, migrating, troubleshooting, and optimizing the finest details of these platforms. You’re comfortable with large data sets to connect marketing data with insightful and actionable narratives, visualizations, and forecasts. You see yourself as an Excel pro. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Paid Media, SEO, and Content teams for full-funnel attribution and pipeline optimization. Experience with BI or data visualization tools is a plus (Databox, Power BI, Tableau) Experience with ABM platforms (6Sense, DemandBase) and enrichment tools (Clay, Keyplay) is a plus. Experience with Dreamdata and Hockeystack is a plus. About the role Expected Outcomes The Senior Marketing Operations Strategist will report to the VP of Operations to achieve the company’s long-term goals by building scalable, high-integrity revenue systems that drive predictable growth for our clients. Retain and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients through hands-on strategic marketing operations consulting and implementation. This includes CRM tooling, pipeline analysis, email nurture, and full-funnel executive level reporting. Own full funnel forecasts, scorecards, and hypotheses for increasing marketing attributed closed-won revenue. Lead client communication with solid executive presence, reporting, and expectations management. Work with other pods and team members to increase retention, drive referrals, cross-sell, and upsell. You will not need to own SEO and Paid Media (Search & Social) campaigns yourself. Instead, you’ll work with dedicated consultants and their pod Directors in a dotted-line fashion.
