We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Partnerships to drive the strategy, development, execution and ongoing optimization of our marketing programs and supporting infrastructure across channels (email, in-app, webinars, field events, content, chat, etc.). This role will be instrumental in building foundational systems, processes and program architecture spanning across Marketo and SFDC for our partner & ecosystem marketing team—including owning the lead lifecycle, routing direction, campaign production, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, including campaign production, lead lifecycle development, scoring model implementation, and project management.
  • Proven track record of scoping, building and testing complex workflows, data integrations and multichannel campaigns for marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience with project management systems like Asana.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing partners.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of partner marketing programs & campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Design and implement a scalable lead lifecycle framework to ensure effective lead capture, nurturing, routing, and handoff to our partner sales team.
  • Work with stakeholders to build a lead scoring model and implement marketing qualified lead playbooks.
  • Drive the development of audience segmentation strategies, ICP lists, and targeting criteria for outbound and inbound marketing programs.
  • Partner closely with our lifecycle and ecosystem teams to establish & implement best practices for project management.
  • Ensure end-to-end syncing of campaign data to/from connected platforms (SFDC, Zoom, Iterable, Reachdesk, Drift, ad platforms).
  • Build email nurture programs from scratch, leveraging email design best practices, A/B testing configurations, and strategic guidance.
  • Analyze and socialize campaign performance with stakeholders and cross-functional marketing partners.
