The Marketing Operations team is responsible for building the tools and capabilities that enable us to scale our marketing practice. That includes all we do with marketing systems, marketing services, data quality, sales alignment and more. The team provides strategic and tactical support to key projects at Motive that make it possible for us to grow. We collaborate closely with teams across the company - like enterprise systems, sales, product marketing, engineering and more. As a our Marketing Operations Manager, you will administer and advance the entire MarTech stack, ensuring seamless, secure integrations and data consistency across platforms while translating diverse business needs into robust technical solutions. You will also drive the roadmap and development of innovative AI capabilities to elevate marketing team performance and content quality, partnering closely with stakeholders to design, deploy, and optimize central AI tools and processes. As a business owner for marketing data requirements, the manager will establish frameworks for data structure, access, and compliance in collaboration with IT and quality teams, championing change management, clear documentation, and organization-wide alignment throughout any evolution of tools or architecture.
