The Senior Marketing Operations & Campaign Automation Specialist is a strategic contributor responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and customer segments. This role supports both B2B and B2C digital marketing initiatives, spanning the full customer journey—from initial consideration through to conversion and retention—across daily rental brands and additional lines of business. As a senior member of the team, this individual acts as a digital marketing subject matter expert and thought partner, delivering strategic insight and hands-on leadership in campaign design, journey orchestration, and multi-channel activation. This includes partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Operations, IT, and external agencies to architect integrated digital experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires a strong passion for data-driven marketing, with the ability to translate insights into action. The Specialist Senior will not only drive campaign performance but will also provide guidance, mentorship, and influence on digital marketing best practices, evolving capabilities, and emerging technologies.
