About The Position

This role focuses on building a strong brand position for Uniqlo in the Philippines, based on the Life Wear concept. The Senior Marketing Manager will support the business by highlighting product value and developing campaigns and communications to achieve top-of-mind awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty, aiming to establish Uniqlo as a leading brand and a great workplace. The position involves centering business around products and the sales floor, leading campaigns in alignment with various departments, collaborating with external vendors to create locally attuned concepts, and participating in overall business planning.

Requirements

  • Possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Project management skills with creativity
  • Brand management skills
  • Media-related knowledge, negotiation skills, and buying skills
  • Ability to gather data, analyze, and reflect on business
  • Ability to modify and present in a fast and accurate manner
  • Ability to build hypothesis/survey in accordance with design/execution/analysis
  • Good team player skills and who can work well with external vendors
  • Ability to anticipate and reflect in plans
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong brand position in PH based on Life Wear concept
  • Support the business through appealing the value of products
  • Develop campaigns and communications leading to become Number 1 in PH in terms of top of mind awareness, customer acquisition / loyalty, and perceiving Uniqlo as a brand that is a great working place in the world
  • Set products and sales floor as a center of our business and lead campaigns aligning with various department
  • Collaborate with external vendors and develop a concept attuned to local market
  • Participate in overall business planning
