Requirements

  • Excellent copywriting skills for hooks, captions, and series framing.
  • Ability to create compelling short-form stories.
  • Experience in briefing and directing content production.
  • Deep understanding of sports culture, especially football.
  • Proficient in social-first design and branding.
  • Fluent in both German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the brand image through design, tone, and storytelling.
  • Establish a reusable brand system with guidelines, templates, and creative principles.
  • Create recognizable content series that engage the target audience consistently.
  • Oversee content planning and publishing schedule on key social media channels.
  • Produce or lead the creation of social media-first content, including video and static formats.
  • Collaborate with growth teams to develop and enhance high-performing ad creatives.
  • Translate performance data into strategic creative decisions.
  • Develop partnerships with creators, communities, and local partners.
