About The Position

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead AMAX’s global marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth across enterprise and OEM markets. This role is responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs that support sales, strengthen AMAX’s market position, and accelerate pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within IT industry, at least 2+ years in leadership role
  • Proven success driving demand generation and pipeline in enterprise or technology markets
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles
  • Technology savvy
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Background in AI, HPC, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise hardware/software
  • Global marketing experience
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in communication/business-related field
  • Proven success in marketing campaigns for hardware solutions or computing industries.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team across demand generation, product marketing, digital, and events
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to align go-to-market strategies
  • Own demand generation strategy across digital campaigns, ABM, email, events, webinars, and partner marketing
  • Drive qualified pipeline and revenue through data-driven campaign planning and optimization
  • Manage marketing funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and ROI
  • Strengthen AMAX’s brand positioning and messaging in AI, HPC, and enterprise infrastructure markets
  • Oversee product marketing initiatives including value propositions, competitive positioning, and sales enablement
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across website, content, PR, social, and collateral
  • Guide content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and customer success stories
  • Oversee website optimization, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and analytics
  • Lead industry events, trade shows, and executive-level engagements
  • Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
  • Track performance using marketing analytics and dashboards; report insights to leadership
  • Implement scalable marketing processes and tools to support company growth
