About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the hotel positioning and content/messaging strategy based on business and customer mix.
  • Collaborate with operations to ideate and market curated on-property experiences and activations.
  • Provide marketing support to sales leaders for all sales-impacted market segments.
  • Conduct market-level research, including SWOT analysis and competitive studies.
  • Manage the strategic direction and execution of marketing-specific assets and digital content.
  • Create and execute digital media strategies, including email campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of PR and social media strategies.
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Utilize reporting and data to optimize marketing performance.
  • Manage local partnerships for activation and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Prepare for and attend strategic hotel commercial meetings, presenting marketing activity and performance results.
