About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing and brand initiatives for our Women's and Children's services, including Wolfson Children's Hospital. This role plays a key part in advancing Baptist Health's mission to make expert care accessible close to home. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance creative storytelling with strategic execution and navigate brand relationships across multiple health care entities. You'll collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure consistent, patient-centered messaging that strengthens brand equity and drives growth. This team member will join the Marketing & Communications team and will collaborate with service line strategy, operational and business development teams to execute marketing strategies that align with system goals and priorities. This role does not have direct reports.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of marketing/branding/strategy experience with at least 5 years of experience in health care marketing.
  • Over 10 years Editing Experience
  • Over 10 years Writing Experience
  • Over 10 years Marketing Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of omni-channel marketing plans that drive awareness, patient growth, and loyalty.
  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all campaigns and communications reflect Baptist Health's values and maintain alignment across co-branded or partner initiatives.
  • Partner closely with service line, operational and business development teams to translate goals into measurable marketing strategies.
  • Craft compelling, clear messages and creative content across digital, print and event platforms to engage consumers and referring physicians.
  • Use data and insights to track campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide counsel to senior leaders and collaborate across the marketing and communications team to deliver high-quality, strategic work that builds trust in the Baptist Health brand.
