Baptist Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing and brand initiatives for our Women's and Children's services, including Wolfson Children's Hospital. This role plays a key part in advancing Baptist Health's mission to make expert care accessible close to home. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can balance creative storytelling with strategic execution and navigate brand relationships across multiple health care entities. You'll collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure consistent, patient-centered messaging that strengthens brand equity and drives growth. This team member will join the Marketing & Communications team and will collaborate with service line strategy, operational and business development teams to execute marketing strategies that align with system goals and priorities. This role does not have direct reports.
