Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager/Rewards Product Owner. Location: Richmond, VA. Primary Responsibilities: Marketing product owners are fluent in delivery of digital ecosystems including but not limited to web, email, SMS. Supporting multiple brands in varying stages of maturity. Supporting multiple brands with distinct marketing objectives and distinct consumer jobs to be done. Ability to flex from strategic, evidence-based creation of marketing intent to detailed execution. Natural collaborator with proven superpower to bring together subject matter experts across highly matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree, preferably in marketing.
  • Prior experience crafting creative briefs and building marketing requirements - then serving as CEO of customer experience from planning through post-launch analytics.
  • Proven experience managing digital experiences (web pages, landing pages, e-mail, SMS).
  • Prior experience supporting rewards / loyalty platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing product owners are fluent in delivery of digital ecosystems including but not limited to web, email, SMS.

  • Supporting multiple brands with distinct marketing objectives and distinct consumer jobs to be done.
  • Ability to flex from strategic, evidence-based creation of marketing intent to detailed execution.
  • Natural collaborator with proven superpower to bring together subject matter experts across highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to build and execute customer experience roadmaps - synthesizing content strategy and channel strategy and activating flawlessly.
  • Ability to lead marketing intent and unify multiple stakeholders and disciplines to ensure lockstep alignment - from legal and compliance to post-launch analytics.
  • Ability to stand up repeatable, scalable marketing infrastructure that can be flexed / attenuated based on prioritized business cues and marketing behaviors.
