In this role, you will be instrumental in driving key marketing initiatives for the Services product line in the US. You will enhance our service organization’s capabilities by delivering impactful marketing strategies that drive growth and meet customer needs. Your expertise will influence product development and guide project execution across various functions and levels within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead regional marketing initiatives and contribute to service marketing at all business levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Management, Communications, Business Administration or related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years experiences in product management or marketing management for a medical technology company
• Strong understanding of the Life Sciences marketplace and competitive environment
• Demonstrated experience working in a diverse, global team environment
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management, budgeting, market research
• Strategic planning and messaging of service and technical products
• Experience in market-driven product/process development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivery of customer-driven service offerings and value messaging for the US region
• Responsible for driving commitment and alignment with stakeholders across the US region organizations for selected projects
• Owns the US region Service product roadmap, commercialization strategy, and launch management of Service Products
• Functions as Marketing and program leader for US service product launch plans
• Deliver data-driven segmentation to create appropriate offers for right markets and platforms
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders across service and platform organizations
• Build and leverage market knowledge through customer and industry engagement
• Lead the strategy for the design and development of advanced machine learning models that support Service Products
