About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing role, or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience including 2 years in marketing.
  • Strong customer understanding, including developing personas and customer journeys.
  • Ability to articulate business needs and strategies behind campaigns.
  • Experience leading and managing agency partners and navigating the PRC process.
  • Experience in creating integrated customer experiences across audiences and channels.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
  • Marketing experience in relevant industries, particularly managed care, pharmaceutical, or biotech.
  • Experience in creating marketing strategies that strengthen market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and execution of the Lymphoma team's value proposition and customer positioning.
  • Leverages customer insights to drive the product's value proposition and inform the integrated customer experience.
  • Identifies key internal and external partners to align with the marketing strategy and critical KPIs.
  • Executes seamless marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Optimizes marketing content for target customers, including messaging and channel mix.
  • Creates personal promotional messages and resources for field-based channels.
  • Partners with agencies and the Promotional Review Committee to ensure compliant promotional tactics.
  • Measures marketing performance through various indicators to optimize campaigns and drive outcomes.
  • Contributes to initiatives with broader organizational impact across the marketing function.
  • Leads or participates in flexibly deployed work teams, contributing novel ideas based on expertise.
  • Works autonomously to make decisions aligned with product value proposition and customer positioning.
