In This Role You will support a fast-paced Design and Marketing program within the gaming industry, acting as a key connector between internal teams and external partners. Your time will be split between meetings, partner communications, and hands-on project execution. Success in this role requires strong storytelling, clear prioritization, and the ability to independently drive work forward while collaborating with creative and cross-functional stakeholders. This role offers meaningful exposure to high-impact initiatives and strong opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, creative environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a marketing or storytelling-focused role, with a strong emphasis on building presentation materials and visual narratives.
  • 8+ years of experience demonstrating strategic marketing thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience working within the gaming industry.
  • Proven ability to distill complex information into simple, compelling stories.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, partner-driven environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting design-led or creative programs within gaming or entertainment.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills, including slide design for launches or executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Comfort working with minimal hand-holding while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project execution across multiple marketing and design initiatives, ensuring priorities and deliverables are clear.
  • Own partner communications, including managing ongoing correspondence with design partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling visual and written storytelling materials, including slides for product launches and presentations.
  • Translate complex ideas, data, and creative concepts into clear, concise narratives for varied audiences.
  • Participate in regular meetings to align on priorities, provide updates, and remove blockers.
  • Coordinate timelines, track tasks, and ensure work progresses smoothly with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and partner teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, clarity, and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
