Job Summary: We are seeking a senior level demand generation and marketing operations leader to build and scale the digital systems, programs, and execution that drive qualified pipeline and eCommerce adoption. This is an individual contributor role designed for a marketer who operates with autonomy, owns complex workstreams, and delivers measurable commercial impact. This role will lead demand generation strategy and execution across Salesforce integration, lead routing, website conversion optimization, paid media and SEO, nurture programs, webinars, and KawneerDirect promotion. While this position does not have direct people management responsibility, it requires strong cross functional leadership and close collaboration with sales teams and agency partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce lead management and marketing automation platforms
  • Proven ability to manage PPC and SEO programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Strategy and Leadership Develop and own the demand generation strategy that supports pipeline growth and customer adoption goals Build demand programs from the ground up, translating business priorities into scalable execution plans Operate independently with broad direction, making informed decisions across channels, systems, and programs
  • Funnel Management and Sales Alignment Own end to end lead flow from first engagement through sales handoff Design, manage, and optimize Salesforce lead routing, scoring, and integration with marketing platforms Partner closely with sales and inside sales teams to improve lead quality, speed to contact, and conversion outcomes
  • Website Strategy and Conversion Optimization Own website conversion strategy including user journeys, forms, landing pages, and calls to action Identify and implement conversion improvements using performance data, testing, and behavioral insights Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deploy enhancements efficiently
  • Paid Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing Develop and execute PPC and SEO strategies aligned to business and revenue priorities Lead agency partners while retaining ownership of strategy, performance, and ROI Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and optimization opportunities across channels
  • Nurture and Lifecycle Marketing Design and execute nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel based on behavior and intent Segment audiences and develop messaging that supports sales readiness and engagement Continuously optimize nurture performance using data and sales feedback
  • Marketing Technology and Systems Ownership Own the marketing technology stack including Salesforce, marketing automation, analytics, and integrations Improve and evolve the existing Salesforce implementation to enhance data integrity, reporting, and usability Identify opportunities to streamline systems and improve insight across the demand engine
  • Webinar and Program Execution Own the AIA webinar program including planning, promotion, execution, and follow up Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high quality educational programming Track engagement, lead generation, and downstream sales impact
  • KawneerDirect Promotion and Adoption Lead digital promotion efforts to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of KawneerDirect Develop campaigns that support customer activation and repeat usage Measure performance and refine strategy based on results
