We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and execution of customer-centric marketing campaigns across our suite of LinkedIn Talent Solutions products. You'll be responsible for owning the overall channel and campaign strategy, and partner closely with our Marketing Operations team on both execution and optimization of digital campaigns that drive product adoption of key features, with a specific focus on our AI-powered innovations and hiring tools.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing role

Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision for scaling our customer marketing programs: Set a vision for expanding the impact of Scaled Customer Marketing for our suite of Hiring products, inspiring our key cross-functional partners to bring this vision to life
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with key stakeholders across Data Science, Insights, Product Marketing and Sales/Customer Success teams to gain a deep understanding of customer challenges and successes, and develop programs that effectively address these needs
  • Deep understanding of customer data signals and tables: Partner with Data Science and Audience Operations to analyze, develop, and refine audience targeting and segmentation strategies. Recommend enhancements to marketing data foundations to support ongoing and future programs.
  • Drive product adoption: Lead the planning and execution of campaigns that utilize complex, personalized logic delivered through behavior-based triggers to engage customers effectively and deepen their product usage in alignment with marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Clearly articulate product positioning and value: Ability to communicate key product features, benefits, and value propositions in a clear and compelling way that can be leveraged across marketing channels, guiding both agency partners and for in-house creative development.
  • Keen visual sense and attention to detail: Ability to discern what good creative, design, content and marketing looks like and articulate why. Comfortably collaborate with both creative and technical teams, flexing between analytical, technical, and creative skill sets as needed.
  • Support campaign development: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by managing operational tasks such as submitting tickets, coordinating asset delivery and documenting campaign requirements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Demonstrated executive presence: Effectively synthesize and communicate business progress, key blockers, and performance metrics to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
  • Leverage market intelligence for customer-centric innovation: Stay informed on emerging AI developments, industry trends, customer feedback, and field insights to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and proactively adjust campaign strategies to address evolving business challenges.
