This position will lead testing and website optimization efforts on Sling.com and Dish.com. This leadership role will steer a cross-functional team to improve onsite engagement, conversion and drive sales throughout the lifecycle. You will be a key member of the Video Services Marketing digital media team and will be responsible for managing test plans and including personalization/segmentation. To achieve your goals, you will lead and manage key initiatives to rapidly iterate and optimize the onsite funnel and marketing tactics and provide valuable insights to help prioritize site capability improvements. In this role, you will work directly with various departments to develop testing strategies and prioritize work to optimize the onsite experience via test and learn. These teams include but are not limited to product, marketing strategy and media partners, marketing analytics, and our internal creative agency.
