About The Position

As our Partnerships & Field Activation Lead, you will be the strategic owner and primary engine behind one of our most high-profile and complex sports partnerships in the US. This role is critical to our expansion because you will transform a large-scale contractual agreement into a world-class brand experience. Your goal is to navigate a highly demanding partner environment to ensure 100% value extraction, protecting our investment while delivering seamless, premium activations that drive fan engagement and business growth.

Requirements

  • Senior Partnership & Sponsorship Experience: 8+ years managing high-stakes brand partnerships, ideally within major sports leagues or large-scale entertainment, with a proven track record of managing complex contractual rights.
  • Advanced Stakeholder Management: Experience navigating "tough" professional relationships and delivering results in environments where you face constant pushback, requiring high resilience and professional maturity.
  • Hybrid Strategic/Tactical Mindset: A background in leading both the long-term strategic roadmap and the hands-on, tactical "boots on the ground" execution during live events.
  • Agency Leadership Expertise: Proven experience selecting and managing creative or production agencies to deliver high-quality physical activations, ensuring they stay on brief, on time, and on budget.
  • Project Management Discipline: Ability to juggle multiple moving pieces (content shoots, VIP hospitality, signage, and stadium logistics) simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

  • Local Market Fluency (Plus): Strong understanding of the local South Florida event production ecosystem and a willingness to be on-site regularly.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Partnership Ownership: Serving as the lead for a top-tier, high-complexity sports partnership, managing a relationship characterized by high pressure and frequent pivots with extreme emotional intelligence.
  • Strategic Value Extraction: Analyzing contractual entitlements to ensure every right is leveraged, while proactively identifying and negotiating "make-goods" and new opportunities that go beyond the initial agreement.
  • Leading Through Partners: Managing and holding third-party agencies accountable for the physical execution of fan zones, hospitality, and stadium build-outs, ensuring they meet our "premium" standards.
  • Operational Excellence on Event Days: Overseeing the minute-by-minute "Run-of-Show" during matches and activations, ensuring brand integration is flawless across both physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Cross-functional Diplomacy: Acting as the bridge between the external partner and internal teams (Legal, Brand, Compliance), ensuring complex activations are approved and executed without friction.
  • Impact Mapping: Defining and tracking KPIs for each project—from social engagement to on-site participation—and translating these into strategic reports for senior leadership.
