About The Position

The position involves contributing to marketing strategies for the Proposition and portfolio(s), supporting the definition of marketing and portfolio objectives, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth and revenue. The role requires translating these strategies into practical campaign execution metrics, including acquisition targets, customer engagement, retention targets, brand awareness, and innovation goals. The candidate will partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to prioritize and target audiences, undertake campaign planning, and manage budgeting for multi-channel and cross-device marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Input into marketing strategies for the Proposition and portfolio(s).
  • Support the definition of marketing and portfolio objectives and key metrics (KPIs).
  • Translate marketing strategies into practical campaign execution metrics.
  • Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to prioritize and target audiences.
  • Undertake campaign planning and budgeting for multi-channel and cross-device marketing.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand identity and Informa brand.
  • Lead the development of new initiatives to engage with audience segments.
  • Support the growth of existing and new brands in the Proposition or portfolio.
  • Lead campaign content development with marketing and related teams.
  • Leverage audience understanding to personalize marketing content.
  • Manage budgets for specific campaigns and optimize spend according to metrics.
  • Support analysis and data-driven decision making for efficient marketing spend.
  • Manage processes and platforms for visibility and tracking of multi-channel conversion.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns and develop core and specialist skills to improve marketing effectiveness.
