About The Position

The Senior Marketing Designer will own and elevate Regal’s visual brand across every customer touchpoint, from website and product launches to sales collateral, events, and thought leadership. This role is critical to how Regal shows up in the market as a category-defining AI Agent platform for B2B companies. We’re looking for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visual storytelling. You’ll deliver high-quality work quickly, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to directly influence pipeline growth, product adoption, and brand credibility. The ideal candidate has deep experience in marketing design across digital, web, print, motion, and light video/animation, and thrives in a highly collaborative, in-person environment. You’ll be trusted to make creative decisions, set design standards, and continuously raise the bar for how Regal looks and feels as we scale. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with ownership: you’ll shape the evolution of Regal’s brand and play a direct role in how we win in a competitive AI market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing design, within high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise across digital, web, print, and video
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and video editing tools
  • Experience with animation & motion design (After Effects or similar)
  • Ability to work fast and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and storytelling through design

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality creative assets rapidly—hours, not days
  • Produce multi-format marketing designs, including but not limited to digital ads, social graphics, and OOH (out of home) campaigns, marketing collateral (e-books, whitepapers, case studies), landing pages, email templates, web assets, sales enablement materials (slide decks, one-pagers), video content, and animations for promotional and educational use
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing materials by maintaining and evolving Regal’s brand identity
  • Partner with the marketing team to bring experiential and ABM campaigns to life
  • Work with event marketing and product teams to develop compelling customer-facing assets
  • Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly to improve outputs
  • Establish design workflows and templates that enable rapid execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Own and optimize the design system for scalability, utilizing AI everywhere possible
