The Senior Marketing Designer will be the founding member of One Model’s design team and the primary steward of our visual brand. They will take our updated 2024 brand guidelines and turn them into a living design system that shows up consistently across every touchpoint. They will support day-to-day marketing needs (content, social, events, OOH) while also pushing us into new digital formats and interactive experiences that make enterprise People Analytics feel modern, bold, and human.

  • Own and evolve One Model’s visual identity across web, campaigns, social, events, sales collateral, and OOH.
  • Translate our 2024 brand guidelines into a practical design system, including typography, color, illustration, iconography, data visualization, and layout rules.
  • Build and maintain shared design libraries and templates (e.g., in Figma) that enable fast, on-brand execution across the marketing team.
  • Serve as the “keeper of the brand” by reviewing high-impact assets before launch and coaching teammates and vendors on brand usage.
  • Design end-to-end campaign asset suites: ads, social graphics, eBooks, one-pagers, infographics, event materials, and presentation templates.
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to turn complex People Analytics concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
  • Support field and event marketing with on-brand booth experiences, signage, handouts, and executive-ready decks.
  • Develop reusable visual patterns for recurring programs while leaving room for creative experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth on website and landing page design, from new high-intent pages to campaign microsites.
  • Turn static assets (e.g., infographics, PDFs, data visuals) into elevated interactive experiences such as scrollytelling pages, interactive charts, and lightweight product stories.
  • Design with conversion and usability in mind, applying sound UX and responsive design fundamentals.
  • Partner with developers or no-code tools to ensure designs are implemented accurately and perform well.
  • Identify and propose new visual formats that help One Model stand out in the HR and People Analytics space (motion, short-form video frames, interactive tools, OOH concepts, etc.).
  • Experiment with fresh ways to visualize workforce data and benchmarks so they feel accessible and engaging to CHROs and People Analytics leaders.
  • Bring inspiration from design, culture, and SaaS marketing into our campaigns, proactively pitching visual concepts and testing new approaches.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing from the planning stages of campaigns, not just at the asset-production stage.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success with high-value decks and collateral that tell a clear, visual story for executive buyers.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when needed, providing briefs, feedback, and quality control.
  • Lead and mentor future design hires and contractors, setting quality standards, giving clear feedback, and helping them work within (and improve) the One Model brand system.
  • Help improve how the broader team scopes, reviews, and gives feedback on creative work.
  • Work with the Director of Growth to understand how creative impacts performance across channels (CTR, conversion, engagement, time on page).
  • Use data and qualitative feedback to refine layouts, messaging hierarchy, and visual approaches.
  • Document learnings and best practices to evolve our creative standards over time.
  • Brand & Marketing Design Expertise: 6–9 years of experience in brand/marketing design, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise products. Portfolio shows strong brand systems work, thoughtful typography, and a mix of campaign and web design.
  • Web & UX Fundamentals: Experience designing websites and landing pages with an understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user flows.
  • Systems Thinking: Able to turn guidelines into scalable systems—components, templates, and patterns that keep work consistent without killing creativity.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable presenting work, explaining design decisions to non-designers, and incorporating feedback while protecting core principles of the brand.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); exposure to Hubspot, Webflow, Framer, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Able to move comfortably between concepting big campaign ideas and shipping a high volume of day-to-day assets.
  • Work Style: Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and can manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work remotely, collaborating with colleagues globally.
  • A friendly, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
  • The opportunity to contribute significantly to a young company and team.
  • Generous compensation and attractive performance pay structure.
