About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant in Consumer, Small Business Banking as part of Wells Fargo's CSBB Marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the campaign strategy, managing campaigns, and overseeing brand advertising across both traditional and digital platforms. The Senior Marketing Consultant will lead or participate in the development and execution of increasingly complex and highly visible marketing programs. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing principles and the ability to provide expert-level consultation in areas critical to E-business success, including marketing programs, new product launches, and product enhancements. In this role, the consultant will review and analyze moderately complex information across various projects or programs, presenting findings and recommending solutions to management. This includes developing work plans, defining campaign requirements, establishing milestones, and creating reports that compare actual results to projections. The consultant will also analyze product collateral design, development, distribution, and regional marketing efforts, including local advertising, brand awareness initiatives, sponsorships, promotions, and sales campaigns. Tracking, research, and reporting on trends and program effectiveness will be essential components of this role. The Senior Marketing Consultant will lead a team to meet marketing deliverables while ensuring compliance with legal, privacy, and regulatory standards related to marketing. Collaboration is key, as the consultant will work closely with product areas, technology teams, customer care, and other organizational units, as well as alliance partners and vendors, to recommend solutions to complex problems. Additionally, mentoring other marketing professionals will be a significant aspect of this position, fostering growth and development within the team.
