About The Position

Today Media, a leading regional lifestyle publisher, is looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to join our high-performing marketing team in Rye, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented, creative thinker with experience in both B2B and B2C marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Senior Marketing Associate position is Full-Time reporting to Rye, NY location and is Hybrid Eligible. The salary range is $55,000-$70,000 commensurate with experience, and the position is eligible for a performance bonus.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in media, publishing, or a related field
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent marketing copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging for various platforms
• Experience with content creation, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience with event planning is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic, multi-platform marketing campaigns (print, digital, social) that align with our brand and business objectives
• Support Marketing Director with coordination of events and manage KPI’s and P&L for events
• Support lead generation, client retention, and audience growth initiatives
• Collaborate with our sales teams and management to craft compelling pitches and promotional content
• Analyze market trends, marketing data and performance metrics to inform initiative recommendations, strategy and optimize outcomes
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels (print, digital and social media)
• Create and manage a marketing initiative calendar to ensure alignment with goals and objectives
• Write, supervise creative direction of collateral materials
• Write, implement and execute public relations campaigns as necessary
• Help plan and execute a robust calendar of high-impact events throughout the year
