Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, with major in marketing, business, communications, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years professional Marketing experience.
• Highly organized self-starter who is willing to work as a team and independently and take initiative.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to facilitate large group meetings to a successful outcome.
• Strong multi-tasking ability to simultaneously coordinate, prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.

Nice To Haves

• Technical/Health IT, medical device integrations expertise would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Handle and lead marketing support projects for product launches, field sales support, and other marketing activities within your portfolio.
• Become an internal subject matter authority for your assigned portfolio.
• Generate/analyze competitive intelligence and promote understanding of competitive tactics with the sales team.
• Partner with marketing communications to create innovative content to drive market awareness, lead generation, deal closure.
• Coordination of portfolio social media calendars and organization of marketing materials within content management system within portfolio.
• Regularly interact with customers through presentations, interviews, tradeshows, professional societies, and occasional site visits and develop customer relationships.
• Collaborate with global portfolio marketing to understand underlying issues related to product quality/customer complaints; ensure feedback is communicated back to respective owners for input into recommendations and resolution to identified issues.

• The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 - 110,000 annually.
• This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
