Summary: This role is located in the Business Cards and Payments (BC&P) organization, supporting channel strategy across Paid Search, Social, and Display Marketing for BC&P products. As a Senior Marketing Associate on the team, you will help business leaders shape the future of our brand by translating complex performance data into a compelling strategic vision. You will influence the development of multi-channel strategies, leveraging your channel expertise to identify growth opportunities and refine our market positioning. The role requires a proven aptitude of creative problem solving and engine expertise, where you will design innovative marketing frameworks and testable hypotheses that the team will use to evolve our go-to-market approach. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders, creative agencies, and data teams during the development and implementation phases, leaning in to ensure our narrative remains cohesive and impactful across all touchpoints. You will be expected to take an ownership mindset and support the ideation and development of new strategy on the team, pushing the team’s processes towards a “destination” state. You will do it in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing
  • At least 1 year of experience in Direct advertising

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Consumer Behavior
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in Market Research

Responsibilities

  • Translate datasets into actionable insights and a compelling strategic vision to influence senior leadership decision-making.
  • Leverage deep engine expertise to identify emerging growth opportunities and refine the competitive positioning of small business and commercial card products.
  • Influence the development and execution of channel-specific strategies across Paid Search, Social, and Display to drive growth for Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) products.
  • Orchestrate competing business demands and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure the consistent delivery of high-impact initiatives against timelines.
