Our Private Client Group continues to grow, and we are looking for a Marketer to work closely with Risk Advisors, Account Managers, and Carriers to evaluate risks, develop customized carrier marketing strategies, and secure the most effective coverage solutions and long-term value for our high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client centric, high-touch environment, able to provide bespoke insurance and risk management strategies through a lens of hospitality and discretion, ensuring every client interaction reflects the elevated service standards our Private Client Group is known for.

  • Contribute to our private client sales goals through placement of new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with Risk Advisors and Account Managers to prepare comprehensive submissions and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze risks and evaluate exposures to determine appropriate coverage limits.
  • Negotiate with underwriters to achieve optimal placement and competitive program.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals, and support Risk Advisors in client meetings as needed.
  • Finalize submissions, prepare applications and bind policies with carriers, ensuring accuracy, and compliance.
  • Provide technical assistance regarding policy forms, endorsements, and coverage considerations.
  • Understand the affluent/high net worth client lifestyle, risk exposures, and insurance contracts to offer proper consultation and solutions as a trusted advisor.
  • Work effectively with teammates and all applicable stakeholders to deliver on our be sure promise.
  • Ensure compliance with agency processes, confidentiality standards, and quality metrics.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, improving processes, and team development.
  • Review, update, and contribute to processes improvement and workflow design as assigned/needed.
  • Work on projects and other work as assigned.
  • Collaborate with team members, provide backup support, contribute to continuous improvement efforts and team collaboration.

  • A track record of building and retaining long-term relationships with Risk Advisors, Account Managers, and high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth individuals.
  • Proven experience working with high-end carriers such as PURE, Cincinnati, Chubb, AIG, and Berkley One
  • Experience marketing and placing non-standard risks, to include coastal, wildfire, flood and course of construction exposures.
  • Strong understanding of risks, complex coverage analysis, and insurance program design.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to develop and execute placement strategies for complex accounts
  • Experienced and confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in agency management systems with EPIC experience preferred as well as strong proficiency with carrier platforms.
  • Proficient with AI and emerging technologies, quick to learn and apply new tools to enhance service and efficiency.
  • Curious, solution-oriented thinker who proactively identifies opportunities for clients and internal process improvement.
  • Exceptional ability to research, problem-solve, and be organized.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement while staying relevant and current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive team culture and willingly supports others.
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, adaptable, stress tolerance to overcome hurdles
  • Team player who consistently defaults to good.
  • 5+ years of high-net-worth personal lines marketing and placement experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty license in good standing.
  • Experience and familiarity with leading specialty insurance Carriers such as PURE, Cincinnati, Chubb, AIG, and Berkley One.
  • Experience mentoring, training, or coaching colleagues is a plus.
  • College Degree Preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
  • Professional designations encouraged.
