The Senior Market Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market execution by leading a field sales and marketing team across key accounts and retail partners. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that Belkin products are effectively represented, promoted, and sold across all assigned channels. The Team Lead will manage a team of field sales managers/representatives, oversee in-store activation, ensure best-in-class merchandising, and maintain strong relationships with retail partners. This role is accountable for delivering sales targets, improving attach rates, and executing programs that elevate Belkin’s presence in the marketplace.
