Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Science, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in market research, survey research, or marketing analytics, with a focus on concept testing, market sizing, and product development
  • Strong knowledge of survey methodology and design, including monadic and sequential monadic methods
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and tools such as SPSS or similar software
  • Experience with advanced survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations (e.g., reports, shareouts)
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to influence cross-functional decisions
  • Collaborative, approachable, and trusted by cross-functional partners

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with programming languages like SQL or Python for data preparation and analysis
  • Advanced modeling experience, such as forecasting or pricing simulations
  • Master's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Designing and launching surveys using advanced logic and quality checks, managing research panels and vendors, and ensuring data quality
  • Conducting concept trade-off and pricing research to understand how customers value different features and price points
  • Analyzing and modeling data by applying statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, significance testing, regression, cluster analysis, and demand forecasting to uncover insights and estimate market potential
  • Developing customer segments through statistical clustering techniques to support marketing and sales strategies
  • Translating insights into action by creating clear, practical recommendations and leading discussions that guide confident decision-making
  • Improving research processes by building templates, dashboards, and documentation to make insights easy to share and reuse
