Public Label is seeking a Senior Market Manager to lead field execution across some of the highest-volume and most complex markets within the Moët Hennessy national field program. This role oversees event activation, staffing, logistics coordination, allocation pacing, and market-level operational excellence. Senior Market Managers manage multiple sub-markets, high-density program activity, and elevated strategic demands. This position requires strong operational acumen, advanced communication skills, and the ability to anticipate market needs, resolve issues proactively, and influence stakeholders across a large footprint.

  • Field Execution & Market Leadership
  • Lead premium field execution across high-volume, multi-market territories
  • Manage complex scheduling, staffing, and logistics needs across multiple sub-markets.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, legal requirements, and sampling protocols.
  • Troubleshoot in-market issues and provide proactive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance requirements (permits, certifications, training) are met for all events.
  • Client & Cross-Functional Communication
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Moët Hennessy market stakeholders.
  • Lead all client communications and calls
  • Provide client with weekly reporting and insights
  • Main a strong understanding of market performance across all program KPIs
  • Partner closely with the Field Execution Manager, logistics, EMI, and account teams.
  • Provide timely communication of risks, escalations, and market updates.
  • Support elevated internal and external presentations and business reviews.
  • Logistics Coordination & Vendor Oversight
  • Partner closely with local logistics team members and/or vendors to ensure timely delivery, routing, and retrieval of assets, POS materials, product, and equipment for all scheduled activations.
  • Communicate logistics needs proactively to the Field Execution Manager and centralized logistics team to prevent disruptions.
  • Ensure all logistical partners understand activation requirements, timelines, and compliance standards for premium Moët Hennessy programs.
  • Staffing & Brand Ambassador Oversight
  • Partner with recruitment to identify, hire, and train local brand ambassadors to ensure strong field execution in assigned markets.
  • Coordinate staffing needs and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for all activations.
  • Ensure brand ambassadors understand activation requirements, sampling protocols, compliance expectations, and reporting standards.
  • Monitor brand ambassador performance in-market and escalate any quality, compliance, or behavioral concerns to the Field Execution Manager and recruitment team.
  • Ensure timely submission of recaps, photos, and required documentation from brand ambassadors.
  • Support staffing-related administrative tasks, including reconciliation of staffing hours, event claims, and reimbursement submissions.
  • Incremental & Ad Hoc Event Support
  • Support all incremental and ad hoc activation requests within assigned markets, including staffing, logistics coordination, and event readiness.
  • Communicate timing, feasibility, and any required adjustments to the Field Execution Manager.
  • Ensure incremental activations meet brand standards and are reported accurately.
  • Market Planning & Allocation Management
  • Manage quarterly and annual allocation pacing for high-volume territories.
  • Analyze market data to forecast needs, identify trends, and optimize performance.
  • Ensure accurate activation tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strategic Support & Program Development
  • Provide field operations insights that shape national program strategy and channel segmentation.
  • Support special programming, high-profile initiatives, and premium event execution by outlining operational requirements and workflows.
  • Recommend improvements to logistics integration, staffing processes, and data/reporting systems.
  • Cross-Functional Communication & Alignment
  • Act as the operational liaison between the account team, EMI operations, production/logistics, and Market Managers.
  • Communicate workflow updates, operational changes, and upcoming priorities clearly and consistently.
  • Support onboarding of new Market Managers or coordinators by educating them on operational tools and processes.
  • Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on timing, expectations, and deliverables.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in leading field marketing, experiential production, or event execution, including managing high-volume or multi-market territories.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-layered activations with elevated client expectations and operational demands.
  • Strong understanding of both on-premise and off-premise environments, including compliance and regulatory nuances.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staffing, budgeting, allocation pacing, and regional forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced organizational and prioritization abilities under tight deadlines while managing multiple markets.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, recruitment, account).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a professional workspace.
  • Comfortable operating in a virtual-first environment while managing multiple high-volume markets.
  • Travel up to 20–30%, including periodic travel to high-priority markets for training, market visits, premium activations, or program oversight.
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 50 lbs) as needed for market support.
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends based on the timing of program activations or high-demand seasonal windows.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while supporting or supervising activations, when required.
