Requirements

• Active insurance license, strong senior-market sales history preferred.
• Leadership mindset: you want to grow others while you grow your own book.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable with event-based marketing.
• Commitment to ethical, high-service sales that put clients first.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead advisor: manage your own senior client portfolio and recruit/support licensed agents under your brand.
• Develop and execute marketing and educational events for seniors, veteran spouses, and community groups.
• Coach and mentor your team — use ASB’s infrastructure to streamline onboarding and business growth.
• Build long-term relationships and create a renewal-rich business for years to come.
